PDO Threads

What are PDO Threads?

Polydioxanone (PDO) threads are medical grade threads that are made up of proteins that naturally breakdown and get absorbed by the body over time.

PDO Threads are an effective procedure for treating sagging skin or creasing and adding volume and definition. PDO Threads trigger collagen production in the treated areas as the areas begin to heal. This helps hydrate, thicken and strengthen the skin.

How Are They Used?

Threads are placed using a small needle or blunt tip cannula. After treatment, loose skin is pulled back and looks lifted and tightened.

Larger PDO Threads induce collagen production and physically pull the skin in order to achieve a tighter, lifted appearance in the treated areas. Shorter PDO Threads add definition and subtle volume to targeted areas.

PDO Threads can be placed in the lower face, neck, lips, nasolabial folds and more!
